Notes:

Numpad 1:

Add Score - each press adds 1 point to the score.  Note
 that you might have to wait a bit to see that it has increased.

Numpad 2:

Super Shot Clock - this will give you a lot more time on the
 shot clock.

Numpad 3:

Mega Salary Cap - Make sure you can see the Front Office menu item,
 then select Player Contracts and note the values.  Press this key
 to increase it.

Numpad 4:

No Fatigue - when you use Stamina, your player becomes fatigued
 which lowers the amount of max stamina. Use this to reset it
 to full.

Numpad 5:

Unlimited Stamina - this will keep your stamina at max at all
 times.

Numpad 6:

Super Players - this powerful option makes all the players
 playing, including the CPU players, into mega skilled players.
 Likely when you shoot, you will make more shots, complete more
 passes, and etc.  Turn this OFF when the opposing team has the
 ball.
Numpad 7:
Mega Player Points - In Career mode, the screen where you
 purchase skills has these points.  Press this key to get
 plenty of them.

Numpad 8:
Mega Upgrade Points - In Career mode, the screen where you
 purchase skills has these points.  Press this key to get
 plenty of them.
